With over 25 years of proven success in the Real Estate and Property Management industry, my journey began in 1999 as an Assistant Residential Property Manager. Since then, I’ve built a career defined by growth, leadership, and a deep commitment to excellence.

I earned my REALTOR® designation in 2002, followed by my Property Management Permit in 2003, laying a strong foundation for what would become a multifaceted career in both residential and commercial property management.

Over the years, I’ve held key leadership positions, including serving as Senior Residential Property Manager for a well-established Las Vegas firm, where I managed a diverse portfolio of more than 350 single-family homes. In 2013, I advanced further by obtaining my Nevada Broker-Sales license, and was soon after appointed as Designated Property Manager, entrusted with launching and managing a new branch office from the ground up.

My expertise lies in strategic operations, compliance, team leadership, client relations, and full-scope property management services. I take pride in offering solutions that balance the needs of property owners, tenants, and stakeholders, while ensuring operational efficiency and long-term value.
